1. Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using World Soccer Cards (the "App", "we", "us", "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. License

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial entertainment.

3. In-App Purchases

• The App offers optional in-app purchases (coin packs, etc.) processed via Apple App Store or Google Play, with RevenueCat as the management layer.
• All purchases are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
• In-game items have no real-money value, cannot be redeemed for cash, and are not transferable outside the App.
• Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google according to their store policies.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Cheat, exploit bugs, or use unauthorized third-party software
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
• Use the App for any illegal or abusive purpose
• Interfere with the App's normal operation

5. Intellectual Property

All game content, including artwork, code, trademarks, logos, and assets, is owned by us or our licensors. Player names within the App are fictional; any resemblance to real persons, living or dead, is coincidental.

6. Disclaimers

The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Sports outcomes within the App are simulated and probabilistic and do not represent real-world events or predictions.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past twelve months.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms or for any other reason.

9. Governing Law and Disputes

If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence apply and these Terms do not limit those rights. Where local law permits party choice of governing law, these Terms are interpreted under generally accepted international principles of contract law, and you and we agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute in good faith via the contact email below before initiating legal proceedings.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance. The "Last updated" date will reflect changes.
